Title Deed Points (TDPs) are earned automatically every time you transact on the Mzansiway platform. They accumulate silently in the background, building your path to ownership.

How do I register?

Download the Mzansiway app from the App Store or Google Play, then register using your South African ID and mobile number. Registration is free.

How do I earn PV points?

Every purchase through the app — airtime, data, electricity, or groceries — earns you Purchase Value (PV) points.

When will I get my property?

Property allocation is based on your monthly PV qualification, your registration date, and Auction Fund availability. Members are allocated in queue order once they consistently meet their monthly PV target.

Is my money safe?

Yes. All funds are held in a regulated Nedbank merchant account. Mzansiway NPC is a registered Non-Profit Company (Reg: 2026/211861/08) operating under South African law.

How do I enter the daily competition?

Every active member with PV points automatically receives entries into the daily live draw held every weekday at 20:30 on YouTube.

What is a Title Deed Point (TDP)?

TDPs track your progress toward full title deed ownership after allocation. Earned at a rate of R1 = 0.00694 TDPs on every purchase.

Mzansiway NPC is a registered South African Non-Profit Company operating a shop-to-own housing access platform. Members earn PV points through everyday spending toward property allocation and title deed ownership.

When you register and use the Mzansiway app, we may collect:

  • Full name and South African ID number
  • Mobile phone number and email address
  • Transaction history (airtime, data, electricity, grocery purchases)
  • Purchase Value (PV) and Title Deed Point (TDP) balances
  • Device information and app usage data

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information solely to:

  • Register and manage your Mzansiway membership account
  • Process purchases and calculate PV and TDP earnings
  • Administer the housing allocation queue
  • Send important account notifications and updates
  • Comply with South African legal and regulatory requirements

4. Data Sharing

We only share your data with:

  • Blue Label Telecoms — to process airtime, data, and electricity purchases
  • Shoprite Group — to process grocery voucher transactions
  • Nedbank — our merchant banking partner for payment processing
  • PayGate — our payment gateway provider
  • South African regulatory authorities where legally required

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorised access. Our backend systems are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure and all payment processing is handled through PCI-compliant payment gateways.

6. Your Rights (POPIA)

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Object to the processing of your personal information
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa
